All of our products are available at wholesale prices to qualified retailers and resellers. To obtain a current pricelist or place an order, please e-mail us your contact information including business name, address, & phone number.

Return Policy

In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or have received the wrong merchandise, please contact or customer service department as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your product.

For Product Damaged during shipping:  You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection.BestOrganics.Biz must be notified by you regarding this claim.

Returns: Email us at info@bestorganics.biz for authorization to return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without authorization. Please complete the following form and submit with the returned item. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened merchandise. Opened merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight charges are excluded from refunds. *Please note: Due to health and hygiene issues, the following items may not be returned or exchanged: Black Seed Oil, Black Seeds,Black Seeds Powder , Capsules, body care ie. cream, etc.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship orders that are received weekdays by 3:00pm (PST) to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air service is available on orders received by 3:00pm (PST), Monday through Friday. (Pending product availability). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

& International Shipments

All shipments outside Pakistan are shipped by DHL or Pakistan Post depending on the weight. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days depending on location. Rates are based on item weight. To calculate shipping rate, add items to shopping cart, enter name and address, and select your country from pull down menu. Continue to payment screen and shipping rates will be displayed below order total.

International Shipping Policy

Please note: Customer is responsible for own Custom, Duties and Clearance and Brokerage Charges. International customers order at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Some countries restrict the import of herbal products. So please check with your post office before ordering.
